Executive Manager - GMC Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead all retail sales functions (New, Used/Certified, Warehouse, NVD, Administration) to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Performance & Profitability: Drive retail sales performance, optimize inventory turnover, and maximize gross profit.
• Customer Excellence: Oversee the vehicle delivery process and coordinate with the CRM team to ensure top-tier Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Service, Parts, Marketing, Finance, and Fleet Sales to ensure seamless operations.
• GM Principal Compliance: Maintain full compliance with all General Motors standards, programs, and reporting requirements.
• Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to build organizational capability and ensure succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of retail automotive sales experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior management role with full P&L responsibility.
• Industry: Strong background in OEM dealership operations (GM experience is a major plus).
• Skills: Proven strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, leadership, and people management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Systems: Experience with Kerridge or similar DMS is highly desirable.
• Language: Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
• Location: Open to local candidates currently based in Kuwait only (valid transferable residency is required).
