Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling lubricant products to industrial and commercial clients while achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s market share. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers and expand the existing client base.
Present and promote products to clients, negotiate offers, and close sales deals.
Monitor customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare regular sales reports and market activity updates.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in lubricant sales or industrial product sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driving license
