Position: Sales Associate-Rental Sales (Fleet)

Experience required : 3 Years

Job Role: Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in rental sales (Fleet).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Can join immediately.

Roles and responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of the company’s range of vehicles and also of major competitors.
-To ensure utmost clarity in all contact with customers and ensure that ensure that customer’s needs are accurately qualified.
-Follow precisely and consistently the rentals or lease sales process laid down by the company.
-Manage the preparation and handover of rental or lease vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
-To ensure all payments of rental or lease vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction.
