Salesperson to assist sales Manager for the sale of machines and consumables by visiting the printing press frequently.
Preparing quotations for the printing and folding machines as per the configuration and page alignment in Arabic and English formats for various Ministries and private customers.
Preparing the documents in Arabic provided by the Ministry of Interior / The Central Bank of Kuwait and KISR for the monthly service contract bills and to submit in Ministry Presses and after signing the bills collecting it and submitting to their Finance department for payment.
Coordinating with Main office customs department for the documentation for clearing Machines, Chemicals.
Preparing the tender documents in Arabic for submitting to various ministries and follow-up with CTC for the updates of tenders.
Checking the Kuwait Al-Yawn for any enquires for machinery tender.
Coordinating with ministries to obtaining the gate passes for the engineers and sales staff.
Following-up Service Contracts with the Ministries and preparing the offer in Arabic for submitting to renew before the end of service contracts.
Supporting for Machine GRN preparing for Machine orders and inventory.
Coordinating with main office legal department for the renewal of license, registration etc
