- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a fleet environment for trucks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Can join immediately.
-Roles and responsibilities:
1. Customer acquisition and retention
2. Sales and Marketing
3. Market Analysis - competitor price surveys
4. Order processing and Timely delivery
5. Reporting - Sales analysis, Back-order data, Lost sales analysis
6. Counter sales - While not in fleet visit the person should work on the counter sales.
7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
8. Credit payment follow-up with fleets
9. Stay updated on competitor activities
10. Work according to established policies and professional standards.
11. Comply with all operational, audit and regulatory compliance/AML (if applicable) policies and procedures.
12. Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to maintain safe working environment.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned and undertake additional duties if required as part of the job role.
